If you need presentations, flyers, signs or other marketing materials for your meeting or event, submit your orders online, and the materials will be waiting for you at Luxor Hotel & Casino when you arrive. Files may be uploaded directly to the on-site FedEx Office here.
Equipment Rental
We offer a wide array of office equipment for rental including computers, fax machines, laptops, printers, professional grade copiers, radios, and shredders.

Receiving
We accept all incoming carriers, and handling fees will apply. All incoming guest packages are processed and held for 30 days. To avoid delays, it is important to schedule the arrival of your package 2-3 days prior to the recipient needing the package. Once a package is processed onsite, we make all efforts to place a notification on the registered guest’s room. Packages over 5 days old will incur a one-time storage fee in addition to handling fees.

Shipping
We accept all FedEx and premetered UPS shipments, handling fees will apply.
For outbound FedEx Express shipments, your shipment must be processed by 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, and by 11:00 am on Saturday. Ground shipments must be processed by 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. UPS pre-metered shipments must be received by 3:00 pm Monday-Friday to leave that business day.
Inbound/Outbound Processing Fees
FedEx Office charges a handling fee based on the weight of each package. Shipping/handling fees are subject to change:
- 0-1 lbs. - $7.00
- 1-10 lbs. - $10.00
- 10-20 lbs. - $15.00
- 20-30 lbs. - $20.00
- 30-40 lbs. - $25.00
- 40-50 lbs. - $30.00
- 50-75 lbs. - $40.00
- 75-100 lbs. - $50.00
- 100-150 lbs. - $70.00
- Pallets & Crates* - $0.75 / lb. ($250.00 Minimum)

Please call the parcel department or see a team member to schedule a delivery or pickup, or to discuss freight shipments.
*A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The labor fee can be charged in 15-minute increments.

From the Parking Garage
Walk across the walkway, enter the hotel. Walk down the stairs and into the casino, turn left towards Pyramid Café and go straight. Turn right after Blizz and go straight. Turn left towards the moving walkway and stay to the left side of the moving walkway. Go straight and down the escalators towards the North Valet and turn left. Go straight towards the North Check-in area and FedEx Business Services is on the right.
From the Main Valet
Enter the hotel and walk into the main lobby towards the right. Go straight and turn left at Starbucks and go straight. Turn right towards the moving walkway and stay to the left side of the moving walkway. Go straight and down the escalators towards the North Valet and turn left. Go straight towards the North Check-in area and FedEx Business Services is on the right.
