From Luxor
The Mandalay Bay Concierge desk is next to the Mandalay
Bay Front Desk (closest to the Four Seasons walkway). Head across the Mandalay Place from Luxor to Mandalay Bay. Walk across the casino floor and follow the pathway to the left towards the Mandalay Bay lobby. Continue through the guest elevator area into the lobby. The Concierge Desk is located adjacent to the guest elevators.

From the Parking Garage
Walk across the walkway and enter the hotel. Walk down the stairs and into the casino towards Centra Bar and Lounge. Head down the walkway to the left of Centra toward the main lobby. Walk towards the left of the main lobby. The Concierge is at the end of the Front Desk directly across Starbucks.
From the Main Valet
Enter the hotel and walk into the main lobby towards the right. Go straight and the Concierge is at the end of the Front Desk directly across Starbucks.
