Luxor gladly offers dog friendly rooms. Up to two dogs are allowed with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds. Other pets and animals are strictly prohibited both for registered hotel guests and visitors to the property. A charge per night, per dog, plus tax for the room or suite will be applied to your account. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your guest room at any time unless placed in a kennel or carrier.

Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites and the designated outdoor dog park located on property.

A credit account, which is for casino markers and check cashing purposes only, can be applied for online. The information you submit online will be processed, but credit cannot be issued until you present your photo ID at the Main Casino Cage for verification. Must be 21 to apply.

No, our business center is currently closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Either stop by our MGM Rewards Players Club booth located on the casino floor, fill out a short form and our staff will be happy to issue you a MGM Rewards Players Club card or join online at You will then receive casino promotions based on your rated play.

When you make your next reservation, please make sure that we have your correct address so that you will receive any possible promotions from our hotel.

There is currently no car agency in the hotel. AVIS is closed on property.

Yes, high-speed Internet access is available as part of the daily resort fee. Internet access available in English, Spanish and Japanese.

Luxor does not offer childcare. There are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book.

Yes, Luxor gift cards are available to purchase at the following locations:

Gift cards cannot be used for gaming.

Luxor does not offer shuttle service.

Shuttles are available at the airport and they drop off at all the major strip hotels.

Varieties of shuttle/limousine services are available at Harry Reid International Airport, and are located on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14.

We cash in foreign currency at the casino cage, at no charge, and the rate changes daily so we can not guarantee the rate for any given day.

We cash traveler's check at the casino cage and there in no charge for this service.

All rooms are non-smoking.

A $300 cleaning fee will be applied for smoking in a designated nonsmoking room.

Smoking is permitted throughout the casino floor, at stand-alone bars and another other assigned smoking area.

Use of marijuana (weed), including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at all MGM Resorts properties notwithstanding approval of recreational use in Nevada. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places. Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms at all MGM Resorts properties in Nevada, consistent with the discretion afforded private property owners under the State law authorizing use of recreational marijuana in non-public places. And marijuana use continues to be prohibited at MGM Resorts properties outside Nevada. Notably, the vast majority of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking of any substance in those rooms is prohibited. If marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy.

  • Pull into the main entrance off Las Vegas Blvd
  • Drive into the thru-traffic lane,
  • Follow the direction of the staff.

A baggage handler (7:00 AM -1:00 AM daily) will assist you, issue a luggage claim ticket to retrieve your luggage item(s), and provide directions to the self-parking facility.

Note: If you are arriving after hours, please contact the bell person inside the hotel (on your right hand side).

To have your luggage delivered after you have arrived at your room, call the Bell Desk at extension 4430 and a bell person will then bring your luggage to you. An adult must be present at the time the service is requested.

Unattended/parked/staged vehicles are prohibited in the main entrance.

Call the Bell Desk at extension 4430 for luggage assistance to taxi, self-park, valet, shuttle, main entrance, ride-share, or for short-term storage until you depart the hotel. An adult must be present, have luggage item(s) packed and ready for pick-up at the time the service is requested.

A bell person will issue a luggage claim ticket to retrieve your stored luggage item(s) at the Bell Desk.
